Onboarding

We begin our journey with a detailed analysis of process maturity, focusing on identifying adjustments and improvements needed to adopt a cloud development environment. We identify gaps and opportunities and provide a clear overview to support future strategies.

Checklist:

Use of containers and adherence to Cloud Native standards
Availability of Dockerfile and Docker Compose to create the images used
Analysis of the application's main language and libraries
Analysis of the installation of application dependencies
Analysis of automated tests and adherence to CI/CD
Analysis of external service dependencies
Analysis of dependencies between microservices
Analysis of security and access credentials
Integrations with client tools and user base

After the survey, we generate a list of action items for adjustments and changes and validation of the new process in a sandbox environment.

Workshops

As the new process matures and is validated in the sandbox environment, we begin the migration to the final production environment. The training prepares the team for a quick onboarding into the new environment, with processes already established and updated.

In other words, our commitment is to plan and execute the implementation of the cloud development environment strategically, considering the company's needs and the particularities of its processes, ensuring a smooth and effective transition to an optimized and secure environment.

CDE Deployment

Based on the analysis carried out during the onboarding phase, we create customized workshops, training and mentoring sessions according to the client's needs. Our goal at this stage is to increase maturity and encourage the adoption of new processes within the cloud development environment.

Our trainings provide participants with an in-depth understanding of innovative strategies, and encourage the pursuit of higher levels of operational efficiency, quality and resilience in software development and delivery processes.
